- If I select one fee option, can I change options if it appears that the other option would be more
favorable to me? - What if I decide not to use the quote you obtained for me on a new vehicle, do I still have to pay you?
During our initial consultation, we’ll determine which option best suits you. Then we’ll ask you to sign a contract and then proceed to get results on your behalf. Once the agreement is signed, it can no longer be changed.
We want you to be completely satisfied. We will be working closely with you to understand what your needs and priorities are. If for some reason, you choose not to use the quote we get for you, you do not owe us anything.

- I am a VERY busy professional and I travel a great deal. I don’t have time to research, interview, and negotiate a fair price on a room addition to my home. If I employ your services, why should I believe you would get me the best price?
Our negotiators are highly skilled at obtaining goods and services, of equal or better quality, for lower prices. In some cases we can negotiate with your present suppliers and service providers for better pricing. In many cases, we find equal or better quality at significantly lower prices!
Our negotiators have been field tested. Many clients go out and see if they can beat the price we are able to negotiate for them. When they find that no one does better, they have answered their own version of your question. Each client has the option to do this as well. Our guarantee is always, if comparison doesn't show that we got a better price for you, then you owe us nothing.
- If I choose to use your negotiation services, how do I explain to (the hospital, insurance company, my boss, or another party) who you are?
- Once you start on my case, how long does it take to complete the negotiation process?
- I'm currently engaged in a dispute. Can you help me even though the process has already begun?
Depending on your specific circumstances, we will help you craft an appropriate message. An example of this would be:"I find it difficult to communicate effectively and comfortably in situations like this. I’ve hired a professional to communicate with you on my behalf. I’ve spent a lot of time explaining to Robert what my needs and concerns are. I’ve asked him to communicate them to you more clearly than I might be able to. Robert has a background as a professional mediator, so I feel confident that he’ll help resolve this issue in a fair and balanced way. He specializes in communicating in a way that is pleasant and effective. I’d like you to treat him as if you were talking to me."
Different types of negotiations vary significantly in how long they take. Once we understand the details of your situation, we will be able to provide guidelines about how long the process may take. Using our professional negotiating services usually speeds up the process immensely.
